Care & health
Well-being grows through everyday care.
Read the needs
Food, hydration, and hygiene bars show how well the need is met: higher is better. Stress works the other way: lower is better. Health, trust, and socialization also influence adoption readiness.
Low energy leads an animal to sleep. Rest is part of the routine and does not mean the animal is stuck.
Care actions
- Feed: uses 1 food and raises the food bar by up to 28 points.
- Water: raises hydration by up to 35 points.
- Clean: uses 1 cleaning supply, raises hygiene by up to 35, and lowers stress by up to 5.
- Socialize: raises socialization and trust by up to 24 each and lowers stress by up to 20.
- Enrich: improves enrichment and energy and lowers stress; gardens and some furniture increase the benefit.
Bars respect their limits; values cannot exceed 100.
Treatment & vaccination
You need a vet clinic or surgical suite, an active veterinarian, and at least 1 medicine. Each treatment or vaccination uses 1 medicine and raises health by up to 28 points. An already completed vaccination does not need to be repeated.
A vet assistant does not replace the requirement for an active veterinarian. Without vaccination, readiness is capped at 59 — below the adoption requirement.
