Visits and friends
Find suggestions in Friends & visits. Tap a food icon while visiting to help once per shelter per day, earning 0.5 reputation. Help requires server confirmation.
Health and inspections
Cleaners handle hygiene when supplies are available. Illnesses have alerts and veterinary treatment. Clara inspects facilities weekly or after sustained poor conditions and talks to your avatar on arrival and departure. Warnings allow time to improve; repeated neglect can lead to limited fines or protective removal. Critical death/escape risks require alerts and active time to respond; they do not cause losses while away.
Residents and decoration
Pregnant rescues can have one or two babies depending on available space; without space the event waits. Resident care bonuses total up to eight points per attribute. Bloom, Waterside and Supporter are permanent cosmetic purchases. Buying a paid resident includes Welcome flowers and a golden frame. Share a shelter image from Shelter → Share my shelter.
